Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage our construction projects using Procore, our project management platform.

In Short

  • Attend project meetings and draft detailed minutes.
  • Coordinate and track submittals and purchase orders in Procore.
  • Set up new construction projects in Procore.
  • Manage contract and subcontract distribution through Procore.
  • Conduct submittal reviews and ensure timely approvals.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Procore functionality.

Requirements

  • Experience with Procore or similar project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
