OPS & Client Success Manager - Remote

Overview

This role involves managing client relationships and overseeing projects for a user-generated content (UGC) and influencer marketing agency.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of social media marketing and UGC.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Familiarity with financial tracking and invoicing.
• Based in South Africa, Latin America, or Eastern Europe.
