Overview

We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in a fast-paced, high-volume inbound sales environment. You'll handle 60–90 inbound leads per week, closing deals quickly through short, consultative sales conversations. This isn't just a sales job—it's an opportunity to grow into a leadership position as we expand our team.

In Short

  • Answer and manage 60–90 inbound leads per week via phone, email, and CRM
  • Convert prospects into customers through short, focused sales calls (typically 10–15 minutes)
  • Make strategic outbound calls to warm leads for follow-up and conversion
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs to offer tailored solutions
  • Track all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with the service operations team using Housecall Pro
  • Develop deep product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Mentor and support new sales team members as the team expands
  • Transition into a Sales Team Lead role, coaching and guiding other representatives

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot
  • Proven ability to convert leads into sales
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
