Overview

The Guest Relations Assistant will be responsible for managing client communications, updating reports, and ensuring smooth operations within the serviced accommodation agency.

In Short

  • Collate reviews from landlords and guests
  • Manage client-based reporting and maintain client files
  • Ensure receipt of guest and landlord videos
  • Upload new houses and enquiries to the database
  • Handle enquiries from receipt through to offering
  • Update and circulate weekly reports
  • Manage business communications via WhatsApp/email
  • Perform financial reconciliations
  • Work on ad hoc projects
