The Virtual Guest Relations Assistant will support a serviced accommodation agency in the UK by managing guest and landlord communications, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining the database.

In Short

• Collate reviews from landlords and guests.
• Manage client-based reporting and keep client files updated.
• Ensure receipt of guest and landlord videos along with opt-ins.
• Upload new houses and inquiries to the database.
• Handle inquiries from receipt to offering.
• Update and circulate weekly reporting.
• Manage business WhatsApp/email communications.
• Perform financial reconciliations on payments and invoices.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements
