Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Growth Strategist to lead performance-driven growth for ecommerce brands. This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll own growth strategy, media buying performance, testing frameworks, and insights across paid channels.

In Short

• Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies for ecommerce brands
• Own media buying and optimization across Meta and Google Ads
• Scale ad accounts while maintaining strong new customer acquisition efficiency
• Analyze performance data and attribution to identify growth opportunities
• Design and manage testing frameworks (hypotheses, velocity, iteration cycles)
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve ad performance
• Monitor spend, pacing, and performance across multiple brands/accounts

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth strategy for ecommerce
• Strong understanding of media buying across multiple platforms
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Experience with testing frameworks and performance optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ability to work flexible hours to overlap with UK working hours
