• Lead strategic planning, robust analytics and forecasting in support of the Growth team.
• Optimize and diversify media programs including channels like Meta, Paid Search, and TikTok.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and informative executive presentations.
• Collaborate with channel leads for quarterly/annual forecast development.
• Oversee macro Growth performance for business KPIs such as CAC and ARR.
• Develop and lead execution of quarterly strategic media plans.
• Identify and define key target audiences for effective marketing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in data-driven marketing.
• Perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis.
• Drive initiatives to optimize user experience and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Strong blend of marketing acumen, digital media proficiency, and analytical expertise.
• Demonstrated experience growing businesses and marketing programs at scale.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing across various channels.
• Experience with both digital/e-commerce and lead-based sales funnels.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights.

• Experience collaborating with data engineering and data science teams.
