As a Member Experience Specialist, you'll be a vital player, expertly resolving billing and technical inquiries, and proactively guiding members through complex investment rollovers and transfers across various platforms.

In Short

  • Guide new members through a personalized and high-touch onboarding process.
  • Proactively communicate with members to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Educate members on Facet's services, platform, and benefits.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new members.
  • Manage the end-to-end ACAT transfer process for new and existing members.
  • Communicate regularly with members regarding the status of their transfers.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to members as needed.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Facet's products, services, and policies.
  • Document all member interactions accurately in our CRM system.
