Financial Planner - Remote

Overview

As a Financial Planner at Facet, you will be a key player in helping our members receive incredible comprehensive financial planning. Your job is to provide continuity when a Senior Planner is unavailable by evaluating member situations and delivering on time and accurate advice. In this role, you will align with the Facet planning philosophy and apply your planning knowledge to member situations to provide a consistent member experience.

In Short

• Responsible for reviewing incoming member messages while Senior Planners are out on parental leave or out of the office.
• Efficiently synthesize members needs and coordinate solutions with team members.
• Meet with members to address questions and deliver recommended next steps.
• Become an expert on in-house tools to assist planners.
• Guide members through the implementation of their financial plans.
• Manage a small group of members as the sole planner.
• Effectively manage your calendar and tasks for efficiency.
• Learn from Senior Planners to develop your approach to managing members.
• Help disrupt a historically inaccessible industry.
• Provide unbiased, personalized, and affordable advice.
