VP of Operations - Remote

Overview

As the VP, Operations at Pair Team, you will play a critical role in leading the day-to-day and growth of Pair Team’s most prominent program. You'll ensure operational excellence, payer alignment, and scalable care delivery while working on mission-critical programs that help fuel the future direction of the company.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations.
• 5+ years of experience leading large field teams.
• Experience managing a P&L.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Ownership mindset.
• Ability to translate operational needs into product requirements.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for helping individuals with complex chronic needs.
• Bonus points for healthcare experience.
• Able to flex your schedule for a California-based team.
