The Outreach & Engagement Manager at Pair Team will lead the Community Engagement Specialist team, focusing on patient outreach and enrollment to transform healthcare access for underserved communities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing teams, preferably in healthcare.
• 2+ years in community engagement or social work.
• Experience in inside sales or call center environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Proven track record of driving teams to meet metrics.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong technical skills with multiple technology platforms.
