Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in operations or business strategy
• 2+ years in a high-growth healthcare company
• Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous initiatives
• Strong project management skills
• Analytical mindset with systems-building instincts
• Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels
• Desire to work in a complex startup environment
• Passion for helping individuals with chronic needs
