Overview

As the Director of Care Operations at Pair Team, you will play a critical role in leading daily management of Pair Team’s most prominent program. You'll ensure operational excellence, payer alignment, and scalable care delivery while working on mission-critical programs that help fuel the future direction of the company.

In Short

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program.
• Grow and manage a large, multi-disciplinary care operations team.
• Manage the P&L for your service line.
• Design and optimize workflows and staffing models.
• Collaborate with product, clinical, finance, and growth teams.
• Introduce performance metrics to drive accountability.
• Lead change management efforts as they arise.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations with at least 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience managing a P&L.
• Knowledge of key performance metrics and change management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Ownership mindset focused on results.
• Collaboration skills with product, clinical, and finance teams.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for helping individuals with complex chronic needs.
