Requirements

• 1+ years of general work experience, preferably in Case Management.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Understanding of cultural fluency.
• Technical skills with CRM databases and basic office software.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
• Ability to work in a HIPAA compliant environment.
• Experience with motivational interviewing is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and reliable in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience with individuals facing complex health needs is preferred.
