Requirements

  • 1+ years of social work, case management, or healthcare experience.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • Strong understanding of cultural fluency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with technology and CRM databases.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
