In Short

• Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs focused on engineering operations, infrastructure, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with engineering priorities.
• Partner with engineering leaders to identify operational bottlenecks.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate technical decision-making processes among stakeholders.
• Lead incident management processes and implement improvements.
• Support operational needs of the Product Development department.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale technical programs.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and operational monitoring.
• Experience in change management within a software development environment.
