In Short

• Lead the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel member engagement campaigns.
• Design, build, and deploy communications across email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS.
• Drive activation, retention, and engagement for healthcare solutions.
• Optimize engagement flows and A/B test messaging.
• Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, product, customer success, and analytics teams.
• Analyze campaign performance using Braze reports and Google Analytics.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare communication regulations.
• Stay updated on Braze best practices and industry trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM communications.
• Hands-on experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms.
• Strong knowledge of audience segmentation and behavioral marketing automation.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and Liquid scripting.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in digital communications.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
