In Short

  • Respond to and resolve queries from our customer’s customers via email.
  • Escalate advanced/complex queries to appropriate internal channels.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of Paddle products.
  • Collect feedback and report any issues encountered.
  • Participate in team meetings and process improvements.
  • Work standard hours from Monday to Friday.
  • Be part of a global team of buyer support specialists.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years experience in customer support or eager to transition.
  • Proficient English speaker.
  • Happy to work remotely across different time zones.
