Junior Client Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our internal support team with technical product and service requests from customers. This role requires Web Design competency.

In Short

• Respond to internal team requests via Salesforce
• Identify customer needs and guide teams on product features
• Analyze and report product issues
• Update internal databases with technical issues
• Share feature requests and workarounds with team members
• Work remotely on a graveyard shift
• Must have access to a laptop/PC and reliable internet
• Experience with front-end web development required
• Familiarity with help desk software is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills needed

Requirements

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JSON
• Experience with visual production software (Photoshop, Figma, Canva)
• Experience in a technical customer support role is an advantage
• Understanding of CRM systems
• Patience and multi-tasking abilities required
• College degree in Information Systems/Technology preferred
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus
• Must be willing to take a design assessment
• Must have at least 1 valid government ID and a bank account
