In Short

  • We are looking for a smart and autonomous Associate BDR to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans.
  • You will be responsible for the qualification and follow-up of our direct requests and marketing-led efforts.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives about their business and technical issues.
  • Actively contribute to our revenue while learning the ropes of a growth-stage startup.
  • Quickly develop an understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Generate conversations from inbound interest and marketing efforts.
  • Convert conversations into qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team.
  • Effectively showcase Paddle’s products through various communication channels.
  • Manage and prioritize your time to consistently achieve targets.
  • Consistently attain and exceed target expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience in a previous Marketing/Sales/Business Development role in a SaaS or B2B company.
  • Proactively look for new ways to accelerate results and enjoy testing new approaches.
  • Coachable, accountable, and consistent in efforts to develop knowledge and results.
  • Belief in a consultative and human sales approach.
  • Ability to articulate the value of Paddle’s products.
  • Comfortable operating in an unstructured environment and embracing change.
  • Enthusiastic and ambitious with a desire to build a career in sales.
