Finance System Lead - Remote

Overview

P2P.org is the largest institutional staking provider with a TVL of over $10B and a market share exceeding 20% in restaking. We focus on researching and improving our infrastructure to extract maximum APR while enhancing security.

In Short

• Define the target finance systems architecture and roadmap.
• Lead the selection and implementation of a new ERP system.
• Act as project manager during ERP and related system implementations.
• Coordinate and perform system testing, validation, and UAT.
• Maintain, support, and optimize finance systems.
• Design and oversee data flows and integrations across all tools.
• Partner with various teams to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Develop and maintain system governance and data integrity.
• Provide training and documentation for finance team members.
• Identify and deliver process improvements in automation and reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Proven experience with ERP selection and full-cycle implementation.
• Experience in systems architecture and integrations.
• Hands-on experience in system testing and ongoing support.
• Familiarity with IBM Planning Analytics, Tres Finance, Superset, and Jira.
• Strong project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced or multinational environment is an advantage.
• English level from C1.
