Overview

The Manager, Legal Counsel (Regulatory Compliance) will play a pivotal role in driving Oyster’s global expansion by providing strategic legal and regulatory guidance across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years in regulatory compliance.
• Experience in corporate governance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Bachelor’s degree in compliance or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to advise cross-functional teams and manage external counsel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
