Overview

As a ServiceNow ITSM Developer specializing in CMDB at Kyndryl, you will design, develop, and implement integrations while ensuring data accuracy and system performance, contributing to mission-critical technology systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Expertise in creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects.
• Strong command of JavaScript and Glide API.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Experience with CMDB and CSDM.
• Ability to maintain data integrity and use CMDB Health Dashboards.
• Familiarity with API integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM) certification is preferred.
