Overview

As ServiceNow ITSM Developer, you’ll implement, configure, and provide day-to-day support of ServiceNow, ensuring seamless IT asset management and ITSM operations with the goal to make an impact across the federal government.

• Implement and support ServiceNow for IT asset management and ITSM operations.
• Train colleagues on effective ServiceNow use.
• Integrate Service Level Agreement reporting into ServiceNow dashboards.
• Develop requirements definitions and technical specifications.
• Generate insightful views and reports with IT managers.
• Analyze user requirements to improve system capabilities.
• Support on-premises and cloud-hosted enterprise applications.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in solution planning.
• Leverage experience in Agile/SAFe environments.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 4 Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM and Service Portal development.
• Proficiency across all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and IT asset management modules.
• Background in creating request forms and enhancing user interfaces.
• Experience as a technical resource on development engagements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
