The Network Support Specialist Level 2 at Kyndryl is responsible for designing and implementing network solutions, providing technical expertise throughout the solution lifecycle, and ensuring optimal network infrastructure for customers.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Networking
  • Proven knowledge in troubleshooting, switching, and routing
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • CCNA or equivalent certification
  • Hands-on experience with F5 or Citrix ADC
  • Experience with Checkpoint, Juniper, Fortigate, Cisco ASA, or Palo Alto devices
  • Knowledge of Network security, WAN, and WI-FI
  • Working knowledge of ITIL
