Overview

Kyndryl is seeking a Network Support Specialist who will be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks, ensuring optimal network performance.

In Short

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer networks.
• Work in a complex, multi-vendor environment.
• Identify and resolve network issues.
• Implement security policies and make configuration changes.
• Provide user support for network-related issues.
• Monitor network performance and maintain network security.
• Participate in change reviews and emergency changes.
• Prepare performance reports and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Experience as a Network Security specialist in 24x7 shifts.
• Knowledge of Firewall management (Cisco FTD 9k/4k, FMC).
• Experience with Software Defined Networking.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot incidents and work with OEM support.
• Experience with network and security device integration.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage and monitor network security devices.
• Experience with BGP and Cisco ACI.
• Knowledge of Ansible automation is preferred.
