Kyndryl is seeking a Network Support Specialist who will be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks, ensuring optimal network performance.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in network support.
• CCNA Network or Security certification.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, Cisco SDA, and DNAC.
• Understanding of load balancing concepts.
• Experience with routing protocols: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts.
• Experience in ticket handling through ServiceNow.
• Ability to troubleshoot severity issues.
• Experience with Checkpoint and Cisco Firepower firewalls.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
