Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist - Network at US Signal, you will provide high-level customer support and technical assistance for network services, ensuring timely resolution of issues while mentoring Tier 1 Support Agents.

  • Engage in special projects as assigned by management.
  • Work independently while collaborating with various teams.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and accurate trouble ticketing.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

  • Expertise in customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of Data/IP Networking and routing protocols.
  • Experience with Palo Alto firewalls.
  • High analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with internal teams and external customers.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and network tools.
