Requirements

  • Understanding of ITIL best practices.
  • Knowledge of Azure and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Service Now tool.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems preferred.
  • Customer support experience is a plus.
