Overview

As a Helpdesk Analyst at Noel Leeming, you will play a critical role in facilitating services from support and advice to remote provisioning and device management, ensuring customers receive the right solutions for their purchases.

In Short

  • Resolve technical issues across multiple devices and operating systems.
  • Manage Level 1 tickets for incidents, requests, and changes.
  • Provisioning with Jamf, Google Admin, and IT Asset management.
  • Work a 5-day week from Tuesday to Saturday.

Requirements

  • Customer-focused with a passion for technology.
  • Basic IT support knowledge and experience with operating systems and networks.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or related certifications.
  • Excellent communication and customer support skills.
