Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL v4 and governance components.

• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Skilled in documentation and policy development.
• ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategist Certification preferred.
• Experience with governance tooling and ITSM platforms.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and organizational change management.
