In Short

• Work with various teams to understand data challenges and opportunities.
• Build awareness and manage communication for a data-driven organization.
• Lead implementation of Data Governance Policy and Framework.
• Define data governance implementation roadmap aligned to strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and training on data governance best practices.
• Capture and resolve data quality issues.
• Define data quality rules for automated measurement and reporting.
• Contribute to the creation of policies, standards, and procedures.
• Implement Atlan as a strategic metadata tool.
• Act as the product owner for compliance tools related to data regulations.

Requirements

• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Passion for defining and improving standards and processes.
• Understanding of data governance concepts and practical implementation experience.
• Familiarity with Data Catalogues and Data Quality tools.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Collaborative style and agile mindset.
• Familiarity with data privacy laws and compliance frameworks.
• Basic SQL knowledge and experience with BI Tools.
