Overview

As a Desktop Support Engineer II at Kyndryl, you will assist clients with computer hardware and software issues, providing support via remote connection and on-site visits.

Requirements

  • 7-8 years of Desktop Engineering support experience.
  • Good knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft365 Applications.
  • Familiarity with IT frameworks and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field preferred.
  • Desired certifications: CompTiA, CISSP, MCSE.
