Overview

Mpathic is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to provide exceptional IT support and customer service in a fully remote environment.

In Short

  • Immediate hiring for a Remote Desktop Support position.
  • Work from home with all necessary equipment provided.
  • Standard shift: Monday through Friday, 10 am to 7 PM EST.
  • Compensation range: $40K-$50K per year.
  • Responsibilities include Windows Server administration and end-user support.
  • Assist with hardware and software problem resolution.
  • Document and track issues for timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members and external support staff.
  • Must possess a strong empathic attitude and communication skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced help desk environment is required.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Windows System Administrator or similar role.
  • IT customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (MCSA, Security+, A+, etc.) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and Active Directory.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
