Overview

The role involves providing desktop, printing, and peripherals support, including 1st and 2nd level technical assistance for desktop clients and applications.

In Short

  • Perform desktop and peripherals support.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for technical issues.
  • Manage Windows 10 & 11 and MS Office applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to personal computers and IP phones.
  • Document all support calls comprehensively.
  • Maintain high customer service standards.
  • Respond to emails sent to the IRT distribution.
  • Adhoc duties as assigned.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be a Mandarin speaker.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in various IT technologies.
  • Continuous learning in the work field is expected.
  • Ability to manage email messaging configurations.
  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting.
  • Ability to provide technical service to end users.
  • Experience with Opera Helpdesk Support is a plus.
  • Ability to manage printer mapping.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
