Requirements

  • At least 3 years in a SME role, 5-7 years total experience.
  • Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) and English.
  • Proven hands-on experience in SCRUM or Project Management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., Service Now, Jira).
  • Certifications in Japanese language proficiency preferred (JLPT N2 or above).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
  • Experience in working with Japanese clients is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Mainframe domain is a plus.
