Nutrafol is seeking a highly motivated Customer Relationship Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and operational support to professional partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a call center or customer experience role.
  • Experience with Salesforce and related platforms.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Track record of exceptional customer service.
  • Aesthetic industry experience preferred.
