Overview

This position is a hybrid role at SEWS—El Paso Customer Service Center, requiring at least two days in the office each week while allowing flexibility for off-site work.

In Short

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the storage and distribution of automotive products.
  • Ensure exact delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with clients.
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide solutions.
  • Maintain data integrity in reports and customer programs.
  • Train and develop the SEWS team on customer requirements.
  • Review and process customer orders and inventory reports.
  • Initiate meetings to support supply chain planning.
  • Manage program activities related to costs and performance ratings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or similar preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in production or material planning.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Business Spanish preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong mathematical skills required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform in a stressful environment.
  • Experience in sequential manufacturing and scheduling preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry distribution preferred.
