Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) and English.
  • Proficient in IT systems including networks and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in client communication and negotiations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with IT service management tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of Mainframe domain is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
