  • Experience with IT service management tools.
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals.
  • Experience working with Japanese clients is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
