The People Business Partner will align People Ops strategies with business objectives, acting as a strategic partner and advisor to leadership in the Engineering, Product, and Design functions.

• Excellent judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR tech stack (preferably Rippling HRIS & Lattice).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
