Overview

Maxio is looking for a Design Engineer to join our Product Design team and help bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring our products are functional, cohesive, and user-centered.

In Short

• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop, maintain, and evolve Maxio’s design system.
• Design reusable components and patterns.
• Conduct usability testing and prototype components.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design or front-end engineering.
• Proven experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React).
• Strong skills in visual design and prototyping.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and love for documentation.
