• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.

• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks.
• Temporary position with potential for extension or conversion.
• Requires strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Ashby is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of corporate work experience.
• Prior recruiting coordinator experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset.
