Billing Analyst - Remote

Overview

This role is at the core of Owner’s revenue engine, ensuring our billing operations run with precision, consistency, and scale. You’ll own end-to-end billing processes while partnering closely with Customer Service, GTM, and Product.

In Short

• Manage and execute billing processes across Owner's business units.
• Reconcile Stripe transactions with Salesforce and internal systems.
• Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments.
• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and launch teams.
• Elevate billing hygiene by identifying gaps and building controls.
• Develop and maintain documentation for billing procedures.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as business needs arise.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of billing or finance experience, ideally in SaaS.
• Hands-on Stripe experience including subscription management.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data investigation capabilities.
• Fully fluent in English (C2).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
• High ownership mentality and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with SaaS subscription models preferred.
