Infopulse, Part of TietoEvry Create, is inviting a talented professional to join our company as a Sales Manager for SAP Services in our Warsaw office or remotely in Poland.

In Short

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for SAP services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client segments across Poland and Eastern Europe.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.
• Leverage expertise in SAP products to craft tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at target accounts.
• Report on sales performance and contribute to regional business plans.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of sales experience in SAP implementation and consulting services.
• Deep understanding of SAP products such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the business landscape in Poland and Eastern Europe.
• Fluency in Polish and English; additional Central European languages are an advantage.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to develop bespoke client solutions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
