In Short

• Lead the technical sales process, providing pre and post-sales technical expertise.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of the application and technical features of our solution.
• Build and present powerful demos and technical presentations.
• Assist the Sales team in preparations and delivery of pre-sales discovery and analysis.
• Remove barriers and overcome objections to secure technical wins.
• Gather customer feedback and work closely with the product team.
• Stay current on industry and competitive trends.
• Attend and present at trade shows and user conferences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 3+ years’ experience in a product/technical role.
• Accounting, Finance or CPA credentials are preferred.
• Excellent technical aptitude and communication skills.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Demonstrated success leading integrations with ERP systems.
• Strong problem solver with innovative solution design skills.
• Highly organized with efficient time management.
• Familiarity with B2B technology applications.
