Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client onboarding and accounts payable processes, as well as excellent project management skills. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding new Mid-Market clients through the implementation and adoption of our accounts payable software, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.

In Short

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for Mid Market clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients during the onboarding phase.
  • Work with clients to understand their unique needs and configure solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients.
  • Oversee project timelines and manage resources.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for a cohesive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress and client interactions.
  • Assist clients in managing organizational change related to new technologies.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in client onboarding or customer success in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of Mid Market business needs and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
