Orbite is seeking a service-oriented insurance broker to join our team, focusing on providing personalized insurance solutions and building trust with clients.

In Short

• Process new insurance contract modification requests via phone or in-person.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by informing and advising clients on insurance matters.
• Provide quick and quality service with value-added products.
• Adhere to insurer standards regarding risk quality and underwriting policies.
• Review contracts daily to maintain required retention rates.
• Develop side sales by obtaining expiration dates.
• Support the sales and development department.

Requirements

• AMF license.
• At least two years of experience in auto and property insurance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Good listening skills to identify client needs.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (French/English) to serve our clientele.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
