As a Customer Service Broker at OTIP Group of Companies, you will assist members with their home and auto insurance needs, providing expert guidance and support in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in personal lines insurance.
  • An AIC license is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Epic and Insurance company portals preferred.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
  • Ability to handle customer issues positively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
