The Customer Service Broker will assist members by providing product and service information, resolving member complaints, and assessing risks for automobile and property policies.

Requirements

• A RIBO license is required.
• Completion or commitment to complete insurance courses.
• Experience in personal lines automobile and property insurance is an asset.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
